“Breadsong” tells the story of a 19th-century rural family who begin hearing a pop song broadcast from the future. The more they listen, the greater the cost becomes.

The film stars Doris Tilk and Ott Kartau. It is written by Sven-Sander Paas, directed by Katariina Aule, with cinematography by Martin Venela, production design by Anneli Arusaar, and costume design by Mirjam Aasma. Edited by Patrick Antonjuk, sound design by Markus Andreas, original music by Robert Nikolajev and production management by Sissel-Maria Mägi. Produced by Andreas Kask and Laura Raud.
